The Manger Gallery
The Manger Gallery, Derbyshire, is a small, atmospheric Gallery housed in a 19th century stable, part of the family home of Michael Cook, who lives and works here.

Michael's paintings and drawings move between the Romantic and Visionary traditions in British art, and changing selections of these are now permanently on display. Work by a small number of other painters, sculptors and ceramicists from the region, whose work links with these traditions, will also be shown in themed exhibitions which reflect the seasons and the liturgical year.

The first mixed exhibition 'Seeing Stars' will begin in December 2017, and will include work by sculptor Peter Eugene Ball, stained glass artist Juliet Forrest, lettering artist Elizabeth Forrest, painters Rebecca Mercer, John Rattigan, Sarah Sharpe and Anna Thomas, and ceramicist Mary Johnson.
